1. Return Eligibility You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

2. Non-Returnable Items Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Products that have been worn or altered
  • Gift cards or vouchers

4. Refunds Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Exchanges If you prefer to exchange your item for another product, we will process the exchange once we receive the returned item. If the replacement item is more expensive, you will be required to pay the difference.

6. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately by email at info@coreboltpc.com. We will provide a prepaid return label and send you a replacement item at no extra charge.
