  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or was sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges
